As Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things technologies restructure traditional manufacturing, fans, as basic equipment, are undergoing a paradigm shift from "mechanical operation" to "intelligent response". The innovation of the underlying execution unit is the starting point of intelligence. The EC technology motor (electronically commutated motor) adopted by Blauberg reduces mechanical friction loss by more than 40% compared to traditional asynchronous motors. Its brushless design, combined with maintenance-free ball bearings, extends the service life to 60,000 hours. The motor has 16 built-in sensors that collect temperature, vibration, air pressure, and other parameters in real-time at a frequency of 100Hz, and achieves local rapid response through an edge computing module - for example, when a blockage in the air duct is detected, it can automatically reduce the speed and issue an alarm within 0.3 seconds to avoid equipment overload damage.

The middle control network is the core of intelligent collaboration. The distributed control system based on the R485 protocol supports the conversion of industrial standard protocols such as Modbus and BACnet, and can seamlessly interface with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and industrial SCADA systems. In a smart park project, 300 Blauberg intelligent fans achieved cluster control through this network. The system automatically adjusts operating parameters through load forecasting algorithms based on dynamic data such as pedestrian density and outdoor temperature and humidity, reducing comprehensive energy consumption by 28% and reducing the workload of maintenance personnel by 60%. To meet the needs of different scenarios, the control system provides various adjustment methods such as PWM signals and 0~10V analog voltage, satisfying the diverse control requirements from precision laboratories to large factories.

The top cloud platform endows equipment with the ability of "continuous evolution". The AI fault diagnosis model trained based on over 5 million operating data can predict potential faults such as bearing wear and motor aging 72 hours in advance with an accuracy rate of 92%. After a semiconductor factory applied this platform, the unplanned downtime of equipment was reduced by 85%, and annual maintenance costs were reduced by 350,000 yuan. The cloud platform also provides carbon footprint tracking functions, calculating energy consumption and carbon emission data of each device in real-time, and providing customers with carbon neutrality path suggestions.

From local intelligence to cloud collaboration, Blauberg's intelligent control technology not only improves equipment operation efficiency but also builds a closed-loop ecosystem of "perception-decision-execution". With the integration of 5G technology, it will achieve millisecond-level remote control and more precise energy consumption optimization in the future, providing more competitive intelligent solutions for global customers.
